The website provides access to information and audiovisual content on the Internet belonging to noisySTUDIO. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal.

noisySTUDIO is not responsible, under any circumstances, for damages of any nature that may cause, by way of example: errors or omissions in the content, lack of availability of the portal, or the transmission of viruses or malicious programs in the content, despite having adopted all necessary technological measures to prevent it.

The relationship between noisySTUDIO and the USER will be governed by current Spanish regulations, and any controversy will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.

Privacy Policy

At Noisy Studio Madrid, S.L.U., we take privacy and data protection very seriously. This website has been designed under the premise of privacy by design: our contact form collects the information you provide so we can respond to your enquiry or prepare your project. Submissions are processed through FormSubmit and delivered to our email inbox.

Even so, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), we inform you of the following in case you decide to contact us directly:

The only personal data we will process are those that you voluntarily decide to send us via the contact form, email or phone. The exclusive purpose of processing this data will be to manage your inquiry, request, or project proposal. The legal basis for this processing is your express consent when contacting us, as well as our legitimate interest.

The personal data provided will be kept for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected and to determine any possible liabilities that may arise.

When you submit the form, your data is sent to FormSubmit, the provider that processes and delivers your message to our email inbox. Providers needed to host the website and manage email also process data. FormSubmit may process data outside the European Economic Area; any such transfer relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR. We do not sell your data. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy.
