FAQ · noisySTUDIO
Before we begin,
let’s make it clear.
Answers about design, delivery and budgets for stands, showrooms and branded interiors: offices, headquarters, training and customer service spaces.
01Starting a project
What do you need to prepare a proposal?
We start with a conversation: your objective, who will use the space, where it will be and your target date. A brief, plans, floor area or references help us define the scope. You do not need to arrive with a finished idea.
What if I do not have a confirmed budget yet?
We can start with your objective, scale and an indicative investment range. Cost depends on the space, materials, content, technology, production and logistics. With that context, we explore options and agree what the proposal includes before moving forward.
Can you assess an urgent or complex project?
Yes. We review the date, scope, location and technical constraints to explain what is feasible. Production availability and permits also matter. Sharing that information early helps everyone make informed decisions.
Do you work outside Spain?
We work from Madrid and have delivered projects across five continents. We plan production and logistics for each destination and work with partners where needed. Your project does not have to be in Spain for us to start a conversation.
02Design and production
Can we commission design only or a complete project?
Both are possible. We can develop the concept and design, join at a specific stage or take the project through production and installation. We agree responsibilities, deliverables and scope at the outset.
How do you turn an idea into a built space?
First, we understand the objective and use. We then develop the concept, visitor routes, materials and visual representations. Technical development and production coordination prepare the project for installation. Reviews throughout the process help decisions happen before construction.
How does noisyVR contribute to a project?
noisySTUDIO leads the spatial project. When the objective calls for virtual content, interaction or a digital environment, noisyVR brings that expertise. We choose technology for what it contributes to the visitor. Fully virtual projects are developed by noisyVR.
Can you transform an existing space?
Yes. We study the premises, installations, circulation and intended use to decide what to keep and what to transform. This can mean an interior refurbishment or turning an existing room into a showroom. We define the scope after reviewing the space.
03Stands and showrooms
What can interaction bring to an exhibition stand?
It lets visitors explore a product, choose what to discover or take part in the content. It should help explain something or start a commercial conversation. Architecture, messaging and the way people are welcomed are designed together; different projects need different technology.
Do you design sustainable, reusable stands?
Materials, reuse, transport and installation are part of our design decisions. We look for solutions suited to the intended use and lifespan of the stand. The Paradores project at FITUR illustrates how sustainability can shape a space from the outset.
How is a showroom different from a product display?
A showroom can guide a visit, explain how a product works and help people compare options or make a decision. We design routes, demonstrations and content for its visitors: customers, sales teams or professionals. The space and its content should serve that purpose.
04Interiors for brands
Offices, headquarters, training and customer service spaces: different uses, designed around the brand and its people.
What kinds of branded interiors do you design?
Headquarters, offices and professional practices, training centres, product display areas, and commercial or customer service spaces. We also design reception areas, meeting rooms and shared spaces within larger projects. The starting point is always the brand: who it is, whom it welcomes and what needs to happen in each place.
How do you translate a brand identity into an interior?
We start with how the company works and how it wants to relate to people. This informs the layout, circulation, lighting, materials and furniture, as well as colours and signage. At Europcar, for example, the entrance and green line make the brand recognisable from the airport corridor.
Do you design offices and professional practices that welcome clients?
Yes. We consider working, meeting, waiting and conversation together, giving each activity its own place. An office should support the team and represent the firm when visitors arrive. Ayuela and Danbury show different ways of connecting reception, meeting rooms, workstations and informal spaces.
Can training, demonstrations and product displays share one space?
Yes. We design the transition from listening to an explanation to examining, handling or trying the product and discussing questions. At Salto Systems, tiered audiovisual seating, product displays and worktables share one room. Technical information becomes easier to explore through practical situations, with the product within reach.
Do you work on shops and customer service spaces?
We design commercial interiors around the relationship between brand, product and customer: how people recognise them from outside, enter, wait and receive service. The Europcar office in Palma applies this approach to car rental. We study the activity and its specific requirements for each commission.
Can a reception or waiting area be a project in its own right?
We can assess an intervention focused on a particular area and define its scope. A reception introduces the firm; a waiting area can offer calm, privacy or a first impression of its work. At Danbury, textiles, art and furniture give the arrival space the feel of a living room, connected to the rest of the office.
Can you update an existing interior without starting from scratch?
We first review what works and what is holding the space back. We then consider what to keep, adapt or replace: layout, lighting, materials, furniture or signage. If the premises need to remain in use, we discuss this at the outset to assess possible phases and constraints. The proposal follows the agreed scope.
Does every interior need screens or technology?
The choice depends on its use. A physical sample, good lighting or a clear layout may meet the need. When a project calls for interaction or virtual content, noisyVR contributes that expertise. At Irizar, physical parts, materials and the configurator work together to support product selection.
Can we commission the interior design or its delivery as well?
We can develop the concept and design, join at a particular stage or support the project through delivery. Before proceeding, we agree the deliverables and who is responsible for technical development, production, coordination and installation. This makes the scope of the commission and the decision process clear.
What do you need to assess an interior project budget?
The location, approximate floor area, intended use, number of occupants, current condition and target date. Plans and photographs help; an indicative investment range lets us explore suitable options. The budget depends on scope and decisions about materials, building services, furniture and production. We can start even if you have not defined everything yet.
